Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors and will ensure that everyone feels welcomed and assisted promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the companies Reception email inbox.
  • Ensure the entire office area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
  • Ensure the dishes are cleaned, floor is mopped, and surfaces are wiped.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and emailing.
  • Order office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings as needed.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as required
