Domestic services could cover much bigger responsibilities which involve the performance of similar tasks within public institutions and businesses including hotels and boarding houses.
Domestic housekeepers should be very reliable and diligent, and have strong communication skills for interacting with homeowners and their children. Other critical skills include, strong time management skills, being organised and being self-directed.
