We are looking for a Call Center Representative to join our team! As a Call Center Representative, you will be the main liaison between our company and current and potential customers. You main goal will be to effectively address customer issues, complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements

High School- Matric

Excellent communication skills.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED-TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED TO ALL APPLICANTS.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customers’ needs and wants, give your best to clarify information
  • Research every issue and provide solutions to them
  • Recognize opportunities to upsell our products and services
  • Follow our company’s communication “scripts”

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via outbound calls to promote products and services.
  • Provide information about product features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. We welcome entry-level candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: Up to R12 500,00 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on provided lead lists.
  • The goal is to set an appointment with a licensed insurance agent
  • Present and explain insurance products and services to potential customers.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and coverage options of various insurance policies.
  • Gather necessary information from clients to provide to a licensed insurance agent.
  • Update customer records accurately in the company database.
  • Escalate real opportunities while on the call to a closing department

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound call centers or telemarketing environments preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging telephone voice.
  • Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.

Additional Skills:

  • Knowledge of insurance products and industry terminology preferred.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.

Pay: R5,00 – R6,00 per hour
