Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric or relevant tertiary qualification
  • 1 year + Clothing retailer experience
  • Passion for retail
  • Proficient in English
  • Hard working and able to work shopping mall hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outstanding customer care skills, the ability to interact and communicate with customer
  • Maximise sales to meet store targets.
  • Display merchandise according to company standards.
  • Handle stock according to set standards.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Perform all sales related duties – Accurate and efficient till operation skills.
  • General health, safety and housekeeping standards.

To process transactions using our POS system, handling cash, giving refunds, and balancing the till. Maintain clean working environment, upsell products and services where appropriate, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Minimum Grade 10 is essential (Grade 12 Advantageous)

  • Operate and clean equipment according to laid down standards
  • Interact with customers and respond to their queries in a courteous manner

To ensure accurate and methodical printing, placing of label and stock counting daily.

  • Check follow up sheet
  • Sort price changes
  • Check follow up sheet against the price changes
  • Put up price changes
  • Do the extra labels
  • Do price checks every day
  • Roaming report
  • Check ESL in roaming on shop floor
  • Replace old with new labels
  • Replace broken ESL’s
  • Check to see if LAN listing is printed on Mondays
