- Load and off-load of products to suppliers and customers, following Offloading procedures.
- Ensure that no damaged stock get delivered and load returns.
- Support the driver during trips, ensure that documents etc. are in order before each delivery.
- General cleaning and tiding of the vehicle.
- Stack and assist with the picking of stock.
- Ensuring that the correct stock is off loaded.
- Identify health and safety hazards and implement corrective and preventative measures.
- Any other reasonable duties which are related or directly impact the designated areas of responsibility or service.
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate (NQF4) or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and PrDP
- Proven relevant work experience
- Knowledge of the various Montego products will be advantageous
- Effective listening and verbal & written communication

- The Cleaner is responsible for the cleaning of the office areas including the kitchen, bathrooms, and general work areas. The Cleaner will be responsible for keeping the building in a clean and orderly condition, and will perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, cleaning and stocking kitchen and bathrooms, washing walls, windows and removing rubbish. This is a part-time contract position and the successful candidate will be required to work from 06:30 – 11:00 am, Monday to Friday.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and professional reception area.
- Clean the mobile buses.
- Ensure boardrooms and all unnecessary items are removed before and after use.
- Maintain a neat and professional office by: o Always keep the interior of the building and office areas clean and tidy. o Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and the cleaning of the kitchen and toilets. o Ensuring the training venues are clean and ready for use. o Dispose of all office waste items appropriately.
- Keeps the daily cleaning checklist/roster updated.
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and consumables used daily.
- Inform the Regional Office Administrator of requisitions for cleaning supplies and consumables to be replenished.
- Report incidents of damaged or faulty equipment and theft to the Regional Office Administrator within 24 hours.
- Follow up on maintenance issues identified, to ensure that it is addressed and attended to timeously.
- Report any potential or hazardous incidents immediately.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the line manager.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- 1 – 2 Years’ experience in office or residential cleaning.
