Specific Role Responsibilities

  • Packing of receipted goods onto corrected shelves and bins.
  • Correct and accurate picking of parts against picking slips.
  • Housekeeping
  • To accept goods returned vouchers/ credits and to re-bin correctly.
  • To ensure safe keeping of breakable items e.g. panels, glass etc.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualifications and Experience needed:

  • Matric
  • Previous Experience as a Parts Store person/ Picker Packer within the Motor trade advantageous
  • Drive AI experience (in-house system) advantageous

Skills and Personal Attributes

Minimum requirement:

  • Multi-tasking ability
  • Valid Driver’s License with no endorsements
  • Good communication skills
  • Good admin skills
  • Organised


  • Has to be in Grades 10 or 12.
  • Must be a citizen of South Africa.
  • Must be able to write and read in English Has to Be Jobless

Understanding and upholding the company’s mission statement

  • Adhering to all Standard operating procedures as trained by head office
  • Working under your GM and floor managers
  • Welcome each guest that is in your direct line of contact
  • Set tables as per standard
  • Clearing tables
  • Ensure all condiments are on the table
  • Always present good body language
  • Greeting/welcoming your table
  • Top up drinks throughout the guests experience
  • Present the bill withing 5min of request by the customer
  • Build relationships with guests
  • Offer your table your full attention when serving them and do not get distracted with what is happening around you
  • Always have a welcome and positive attitudes towards guests
  • Bid any guest farewell upon leaving the restaurant, who is in you direct line of contact
  • Walking customers to the restrooms
  • Carrying food to the tables
  • Product knowledge
  • Anything else that would be required by you that is not mentioned above to ensure a smooth running of the restaurant in all areas or as requested by management
