position description
Control a profitable clinic in accordance with the requirements of the employer
Offer lifestyle management examinations
Conduct “Well Baby” clinics, which include health immunizations and monitoring of baby health
Offer and deliver services related to reproductive health
Give adult vaccinations
Provide primary healthcare, such as attention for wounds and minor illnesses.
Make a phlebotomy service available
assemble professional, financial management, and stock reports.
Manage unfavorable occurrences and emergencies, maintain a secure atmosphere, and take safety precautions.
Patient counseling and advice on healthy living, weight management, and appropriate referrals to pharmacists and other health care providers
Prepare for and carry out “Health Days” and other initiatives
create networks of health professionals

Minimum standards
Competencies and Experience:
Licensed professional nurse registration
3 year nursing diploma or 4 year degree
3 years or more of recent, hands-on experience in at least one of the following nursing specialties: Community Health, Primary Health, or Midwifery
(Optimally) Allegra and Unisolv
(Word, Outlook, Excel) Microsoft Office

Knowledge and abilities pertinent to the position:
ensures that patient data is preserved in an electronic system in a safe, confidential, and correct manner.
Administration and reporting to ensure the clinic is managed effectively in accordance with corporate policies and procedures
ensures rules are in place and followed, manages clinic stock and equipment, purchases services, prevents loss and shrinkage, and keeps an eye on the cold chain to ensure payment for rendered services.
