Enrolled Nurse Specialist
A position for an enrolled nurse specialist is open at Life St. Dominic’s Hospital, where they would report to the theater manager, Benita Pretorius. The chosen applicant will support the efficient operation and coordination of the ward and guarantee that all patients receive top-notch nursing care.
Essential Results
Perform duties to ensure that patients receive high-quality care, making sure that all nursing tasks are completed in accordance with SANC rules, applicable laws, and Life Healthcare policies and procedures.
ongoing patient education and in-service training.
maintaining top-notch patient and customer care in line with Life Healthcare’s standards for customer care.
Cost-effectiveness with reference to stock and other facilities.
To ensure high-quality patient care, forge effective relationships with patients, physicians, and other medical staff.
Requirement:
Qualification as an Enrolled Nurse Registration with SANC Capacity to work shifts in accordance with hospital operational needs Knowledge of the private healthcare industry, its challenges, and key players would be an advantage Competencies Problem-solving, analysis, and judgment Attention to detail Resilience Engaging diversity Professional and technical proficiency Excellence orientation.
